Luxembourg is a very small country with many nice building, clean and safe. They have a very high GDP which means people are well of here because of banking and financial in Europe. Belgium, on the other is more diversed with more ethnic backgrounds. Many buildings are graffiti over. Some of the pictures you can see even cars are painted with graffiti.
